A Very Merry (Learning-Free) Christmas Eve!

Hey everyone,

Well, if you’ve been following along, you know I usually try to share something new I’ve learned, some neat tech, or a process I’ve refined. Today, however, is a special exception to the rule!

When asked what I learned today, my honest answer was, “Not much, it’s Christmas Eve!” And you know what? That’s perfectly okay. Sometimes the most important thing we can learn is to step away from the keyboard, power down the dev environment, and just be present with family and friends. My ‘tool’ was a cozy living room, and my ‘process’ involved a lot of holiday cheer and minimal screen time.

So, no deep dives into Docker, no wrestling with new JavaScript frameworks, and no obscure Linux commands to share. Just a lot of anticipation for tomorrow and a grateful heart. It’s a good reminder that balance is key, and even for us tech enthusiasts, disconnecting is crucial for recharging and coming back stronger.

Looking ahead, I’ve got some exciting ideas brewing for next year’s learning adventures, and I’ll be back soon with more regular updates. But for now, from my home to yours, I just wanted to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! May your days be joyful, your eggnog be plentiful, and your internet connections stable when you finally do decide to log back on.

Cheers,
Andrew
